  • Table Rock Lake was created as a result of the Table Rock Dam completion in 1958 and is located 3 miles south-west of Branson, Missouri on the White River. Table Rock Lake has a surface area of approximately 43,100 surface acres, 745 miles of shoreline, and a lake elevation above mean sea level of 915 feet at the top of the Conservation Pool. Table Rock Lake has 52,300 surface acres, 857 miles of shoreline, and a lake elevation above mean sea level of 931 feet at the top of the Flood Control Pool. On the average the lake will be at or below the figures used for the Conservation Pool because that is what is used as the guide level for the generation of hydroelectric power. It has a maximum height above the river bed of 252 feet and has 10 Spillway Crest Gates. Both the Dam and Lake are controlled by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and general information can be obtained through the Table Rock Resident Office, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, P. O. Box 1109, Branson, Missouri 65616. The telephone number is 417-334-4101.

  • Table Rock Lake offers a variety of nature activities including sightseeing, hunting, hiking, scuba diving, fishing, and sports such as swimming, boating, water skiing etc. People accessing Table Rock Lake from the Branson area will be able to enjoy all that Table Rock Lake has to offer. Additionally, the area offers multitudes of food, lodging, shopping and shows that are available within the Branson Tri-Lakes Area.
